REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Jane Wangui Githu (ID/1020204), of P.O. Box 61,
Gatundu in the republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in
absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing
0.03840,0.240 and 30 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of
Gatundu, registered under title No. Ngenda/Gituru/T.266, Kiganjo
Handege/360 I and Ngenda/Gituru/856, and whereas sufficient
evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued
thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty
(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds
provided that no objection has been received within that period.
