NOTICE is given to all members of Public Transport Operators Union (PUTON) pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, that a notice of change of the Constitution and a notice of change of name of the Union has been received. The union has proposed to change its name to Public Transport Operators Workers Union. Any person or member intenting to raise any objection against the amendments of the constitution is required to submit in writing any objections within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof.
