MMXX, by our client, Wagiitaraa Thinwa Wa Mbugua, of P.O. Box
307-00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as
Stephen Njoroge Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and
abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Njoroge Mbugua and
in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wagiitaraa Thinwa Wa
Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all
times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name
Wagiitaraa Thinwa Wa Mbugua only.
