APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya, as read together with section 30 (2) (d) and
(e) and sections 35 of the County Governments Act, I, Patrick Simiyu
Khaemba, Governor of Trans Nzoia appoints—
ANDREW MASINDE MUSUNGU
to be the County Executive Committee Member for Finance and
Economic Planning and revokes the appointment of Boniface
Wanyonyi Cosmas*.
