REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Karubiu Muchina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kihingo/Likia Block 2/149 (Pwani Mutukanio), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 482 of 2019. has issued a grant in favour of (1) Peter Irungu Karubiu and (2) Tabitha Njoki, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 and whereas the title deed in respect of James Karubiu Muchina (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) Peter Irungu Karubiu and (2) Tabitha Njoki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Karubiu Muchina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
