REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Jason Mbuthia Kaminju (deceased). is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru/Municipality Block 15/150, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause no. 628 of 2014, has issued grant in favour of (1) Penis Waithira Mbuthia and (2) Elizabeth Wanjiku Mbuthia, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A 50 and whereas the certificate of lease in respect of George Jason Mbuthia Karninju (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) Penis Waithira Mbuthia and (2) Elizabeth Wanjiku Mbuthia, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued to the said George Jason Mbuthia Kaminju (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
