GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11639

WHEREAS Michael Muigo aka Kabaria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known m Chinga/Kiaguthuf7, containing 1.82 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the magistrate's court at Othaya in succession cause No. 85 of 2019, has issued a grant .of letters intestate to (1) Saweria Nyambura Muigo, (2) Magdalene Wangari Watungunda and (3) John Kihara Mnigo as administrators, and the beaeficiaries are (1) Paul Muigo Githethwa and (2) Zachary Gichuki Maigo, whereas the said title deed issted is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that alter the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents RL 19 and RL 7 in favour of the said (1) Saweria Nyambura Mirigo, (2) Magdalene Wangari Wainugunda and (3) John Kihara Muigo as the adminissrators and the beneficiaries are ( I ) Paul Muigo Githethwa and (2) Zachary Gichuki Maigo, and upon such registration the laud tide deed issued earlier to the said Michael Muigo sio Kabaria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
