REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George N. Mbithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as No. Kajiado/Kisaju/2258, containing 0.0910 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2358 of 2008, has issued a grant in favour of bowline Mbuli Kitheka as registered administrator, and whereas the title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said George N.
