WHEREAS Lucy Wambui Kanjabi (ID/1067005/64) (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as No. Ngong/Ngiong/11331, containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 20 of 2020, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Francis Kamp Kachabe (1)/1067543) and Bernard Gikaath Kanjabi (ID/11343584) as registered administrators, and whereasthe tilledeed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new title deed and proceed with the regimation -of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lucy Wambui Kaitiabi (03/1067005t64) (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. V. K. LAMU, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Christopher Kisaka Lukorito (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
