NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the disposal of uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, notice is given to; (1) Kenya Commercial Bank Limited and (2) Mwangi Kimwele, the registered beneficial owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBR 789V, Lorry/Track, to take delivery of the said abandoned motor vehicle lying idle and uncollected at our client's garage known as Miab Limited, Ganjoni, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges. advisement, auctioneers fees, plus any other costs and incidentals thereto, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by Public Auction without further reference to the owner, and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice.
