NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles KAS 351J, Matatu, KAZ 970M, Matatu, KAN 706F, Matatu, KAT 836A, Tuktuk KTWA 102E, Tuktuk, KTWB 186D, Tuktuk, KHMA 561B, JCB Wheel Loader, KTWA 337E, Tuktuk, to collect and take delivery of the said abandoned vehicles lying in our clients storage yard at South Coast Carpark, Likoni, Mombasa County, before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges, advertisement, Auctioneers charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the said vehicles by public auction without any further notice to you and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage and other incidental charges.
