BILL
NOTICE is given to all Kericho County Assembly members that
pursuant to Standing Order 32 of Kericho County Assembly Standing
Orders, on the request of the County Assembly’s Majority Leader, I
have appointed Thursday 14th January 2021 at 10.00 am to discuss the
First Reading, Second Reading, Committee of the Whole House and
Third Reading of the following three (3) Bills:
(a) The Kericho County Climate Change Bill, 2020
(b) The Kericho County Forest Conservation and Management
Bill, 2020
(c) The Kericho County Environment Management Bill, 2020
