TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (I) Esther Cheboo Bett and (2) Susana Chepkemoi Bett, both of P.O. Box 70, Kiptugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Bet alias Kipruto arap Bett, who died at Kericho Nursing' Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 1995. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By Rebecca Chepkemoi Langat, of P.O. Box 70, Kiptugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabutmoi w/o arap Matingwony alias Chepngeno Tabutmoi Motingwony, who died at Kaplelach Sub-location, on 29th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
