TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 131 OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Muthee and (2) Joseph Gacoho, both of P.O. Box 3565, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's nephew and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Muthee, late of Nairobi, who died at Silbwet Location, on 4th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2020 By (1) Martha Wanjiku Job and (2) Regina Wangari Marandi, both of P.O. Box 192, Shamata in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Marandi Maim, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
