TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 153 OF 2020 By Newton Njoroge Karume, of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Waceke Karume, late of Nyahururu, who died at Shamata Sub-location, on 26th August, 2015. CAUSE No. 155 OF 2020 By Lucy Njeri Macharia, of P.O. Box 267, Nyahururu in Kenya, the decease 's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Wangari Macharia, who died at NDH, on 10th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
