Box 27, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nzau Munywoki, who died at Kitui, on 3rd November, 2020. CAUSE No. E98 OF 2020 By Kinyata Ngwae, of P.O. Box 758-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngwae Kyau, who died at Kalindilo Sub-location, on 18th April, 1992. CAUSE No. E168 OF 2020 By Muthui Mulwa, of P.O. Box 116-90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Muiya Mulwa, who died on 30th August, 2014. CAUSE No. E190 OF 2020 By Musyoka Mbiti, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiti Ndunda Ngima, who died at Kwa-Ngindu, on 25th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
