TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 253 OF 2019 By Julia Anyango Nyadibuoro, of P.O. Box 16, Muhuru Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Magambo Nyadibuoro, who died at Sumba Sub-location, on 29th April, 2003. CAUSE No. 239 OF 2020 By (1) Carolyne Akinyi Siso and (2) Meresa Akoth Maucha, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mancha Omondi, who died on 25th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2020 By Dalton Omondi Owiti, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Owiti Rakula alias Owiti Were, who died at East Sakwa Location, on 23rd June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
