TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. El OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Karanja Weru and (2) Patience Wangechi, both of P.O. Box 60-80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Gitahi, who died on 23rd January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2020 By (1) Rehema Juma Sefu and (2) Suleiman Ronga, both of P.O. Box 1857, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased's widower and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kock Josef alias Joseph Kock alias Yusuf Kock, who died at Diani Beach Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2020. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2020 By (1) Thomas Mativo Mutua and (2) Benson Mauta Mutua, both of P.O. Box 40267-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mutua Maingi, who died at Msambweni, on 4th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
