TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 127 OF 2020 By Francis Wambugu Gichuki, of P.O. Box 56718-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wambugu Gichuki, who died at Kamacharia, on 21st August, 2019. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2020 By Bernard Kamau Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 8325-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Gikenye alias Ndirangu Ngekenye, who died at Kagumoini, on 8th July, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
