TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E046 of 2020 By Timothy Musa Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 3941, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Lagat Joshua & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters administration intestate to the estate of Winsome Cherotich Oduli, late of Kapsoya, who died at M.T.R .H., on 5th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
