Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nyakonyu Muthumbi alias Veronica Wangechi Macharia, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2001. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By Joseph Muragori Mbitu, of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbitu Muraguri alias Mbitu s/o Muraguri, who died at Lare, on 3rd June. 1973. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2021 By (I) Josephin Njoki Maingi, (2) Paul Karua Njoki, (3) Ann Wangeci Maingi and (4) Eunice Murikira Kihwaga, all of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maingi Makumi, who died at Ngaru, Gathera, on 6th December, 1990, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
