TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 110 OF 2019 By (I) Isaac Kiptarus and (2) Salome Jepkomboi, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gidion Seroney Mnango alias Gidion Seroney Kimnyango, who died at Gamalenga Sub-location, on 16th June, 1987. CAUSE NO. 173 OF 2019 By Victor Mwashi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Budembu, who died at Banja Sub-location, on 20th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
