CAUSE No. E42 OF 2020 By Denish Odhiambo Otieno, of P.O. Box 1434-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Gondi, who died on 10th July, 2011. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2020 By Peciler Atieno Obel, of P.O. Box 57, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of/Joseph Ogutu Olwal, who died on 26th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
