Box 80, Ndanai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kipterer Mutai, who died at Abosi, on 8th March, 2001. CAUSE No. MC 10 OF 2021 By Elijah Kibet Kirui, of P.O. Box 27, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kipkemoi Cheruiyot, who died at Toboino, on 19th August, 2013.
