IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya and Regulations 84 (1), (2) (c) and (d) and 85 of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the places listed in the Fifth Column to the First Schedule and the Seventh Column to the Second Schedule below, shall be the Tallying Centers for the By-Elections scheduled to be held on 4th March, 2021.
