APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the
State Corporations Act, as read together with section 4 (1) (a) of the
National Hospital Insurance Fund Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, the
President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces,
appoint—
LEWIS NGUYI
to be the Chairperson of the Board of the National Hospital Insurance
Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 22nd April,
2021.
