IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 77 (1) (a) of the Co-operatives Societies Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints— BEATRICE M. KIMEMIA to be the Chairperson of the Co-operative Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2019. Dated the 22nd February, 2021.
