REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geofrey Mutunga Nzau and (2) Leah Nzisa Nzau, both of P.O. Box 70676–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Maisonette No. SD 1023E erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 27409, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 213050/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
