REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Paul Nyaga Mukono (ID/3298824), of P.O. Box 782, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.40, 0.353, 1.62 and 0.05 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title Nos. Ngandori/ Kiriari/ 7423, Ngandori/ Kiriari/596, Ngandori/ Kiriari/ 1801 and Ngandori/ Karau/T.193, respectively and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
