ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners
of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KXS 730; Toyota Hillux, KAT 935R;
Nissan Sunny and KAH 834Q; Toyota Camry, to collect the said
motor vehicles from the garage yard of Three-Up Stars Motors, Spine
road, Masimba Stage, Kayole, within thirty (30) days from the date of
publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding repair,
storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicles
shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds
of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any
further reference to the respective owners.
