TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 430 OF 2020 By (1) Grace Akelo Onyango and (2) Prisca Abidha Ginga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Otiende Otiende alias Otiende Otiende, who died on 2nd May, 1988. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Luseno Hudson Liyai, (2) Seth Amugumbi Liyai and (3) Fanuel Kipchumba Liyai, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Horoba Liyai alias Horoba Liyai, who died at Kalwani Sub-location, on 9th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
