TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2021 By Patric Truyen, of P.O. Box 74 Avenue Croix Du Sud F-34350, Vendres. France, the deceased's sole heir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andreas Rist, who died at Speyer, Germany, on 29th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
