TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 348 OF 2019 By (1) Miriam Wangui Njora and (2) Cynthia Muthoni Njora, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters bf administration intestate to the estate of James Njora Kiruki, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
