TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 80 OF 2020 By Jepkoech Cheptilis, of P.O. Box 39, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheptilis Kimanyim, who died at Sigoro, on 4th August, 1982. CAUSE No. 86 OF 2020 By Paul Kuria Kamau, of P.O. Box 207, Molo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kamau Kimani, who died at Umoja Estate, on 28th December, 1998. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2021 By John Ngigi Gachoka, of P.O. Box 444, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiku Gachoka, who died at Kikapu, Njoro, on 20th March, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
