TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 181 OF 2020 By Mary Wanjiru Gitau, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Gitau Kiarie, who died along Bahatoi-Nakuru Road, on 29th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 260 OF 2020 By Jenipher Achieng Alosa, of P.O. Box 2897-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ochieng Alosa, who died at Nakuru Heart Center, on 23rd July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
