TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E300 OF 2020 By Mary Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicodemas Ngede Liech alias Nicodemo Ngede Liech, who died at Mayenya, Kisumu, on 6th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2021 By Benter Atieno Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Okinda, who died at Coptic, on 5th December, 2018. CAUSE No.E111 OF 2021 By Daniel Ochung Otuge, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oindo Moth, who died at Ojola Sub-location. CAUSE No. E131 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Ngeso Anyanga and (2) Gordon Otieno Anyanga, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Anyanga Anyanga, who died at Kolwa Central Location, on 7th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
