TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 456 OF 2020 By Thomas Mboya Nengo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Nengo Ogodo alias Nengo Ogodo, who died on 8th November, 1997. CAUSE No. 457 OF 2020 By Thomas Mboya Nengo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloice Soro Ogodo alias Aloyse Soro Ogodo, who died on 30th March, 1988. CAUSE No. 494 OF 2020 By Thomas Mboya Nengo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Soro Ogodo, who died on 7th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
