TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E345 OF 2020 By Veronica Awuor Ayombe, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayombe Migan Akula alias Peter Ayombe Migan, who died at Tura, on 23rd October, 2007. CAUSE No. E101 OF 2021 By Joseph Odhiambo Kaiko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Ogeta Kaika alias Maragret Ogeta Kaika, who died at Manyatta "B" Sub-location, on 3rd December, 1996. CAUSE No. E104 OF 2021 By Kennedy Odhiambo Mboo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mboo Omola, who died on 29th September, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
