TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. i 90 OF 2020 By Africanus Manyuru Odera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of lnyasi Okuku Odera, who died at Mayenge Sub-location, on 16th December, 1983. CAUSE No. E172 OF 2020 By Michael Ngweno Odera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Ing'weno, who died at Lwanyange Sub- location, on 12th May, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
