TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 129 OF 2020 By (1) Lucy Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Beatrice Nyambura Kaman, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau Njoroge, who died at Riruta, Nairobi, on 18th October, 2016. CAUSE No.147 of 2020 By Francis Chege Mungai, of P.O. Box 1213, Naivasha in Kenya. the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Githegi, who died at Kahuruko, on 4th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
