TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CALM No. 63 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Maina Kimani, (2) Joseph Mwangi Muhato and (3) Stephen Munyiri Maina, all of P.O. Box 135, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Kimani alias Gathoni Kimani Muhato, who died at Goodhope Medical Centre, on 25th February, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
