CAUSE No. E108 OF 2020 By Esther Chepkemoi Rono, of P.O. Box 586, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kipkorir Rono, who died at Ngororga, on 30th September, 1998. CAUSE No. El 13 OF 2020 By (1) Erick Kipyegon Sang and (2) Cherotich Viviline Ngeno, both of P.O. Box 433, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Kipsang Ngeno, who died at Chepsir, on 5th September, 2020. CAUSE No. E115 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Cherotich Korir, (2) Benard Kipyegon Terer and (3) Kipyegon Kenedy Boreh, all of P.O. Box 565, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sowe arap Chumo, who died at Koitaburot Location, on 14th August, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
