CAUSE No. E114 OF 2020 By (1) Samson Otieno Ornundo and (2) Rose Akongo Omundo, both of P.O. Box 55 Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barrack Omundo alias Barack Omundo, who died at District Hospital, Homa Bay in Kenya, on 8th June, 1999. CAUSE No. E116 OF 2020 By (1) Teresa Agola Onyango and (2) Benta Atieno Ogla both of P.O. Box 86-40346, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased's daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Okombo, who died at Rangi, Kamagawi, on 29th June. 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
