TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 128 OF 2020 By James Mbugua MaMa, of P.O. Box 214, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Karanja, who died at District Hospital, Murang'a in Kenya, on 21st August, 1995. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2021 By (I) Stephen Macharia Ng'ang'a and (2) Kamau Ng'ang'a, both of P.O. Box 117, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Ng'ang'a, who died at Makomboki, on 28th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
