TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 32 OF 2021 By Phyllys Wanjira Kimwere, of P.O. Box 511, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Njoroge, who died at Gakungu Sub-location, on 18th February, 2017. CAUSE No. 33 OF 2021 By Mary Muthoni Kamau, of P.O. Box 511, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njau, who died at Muthithi, on 14th August, 2008. CAUSE No. 35 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Waithira Githinji and (2) Sammy MaMa Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 203, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Maingi Seki, who died at Ndikwe, on 6th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
