Box 59771-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joana Mbuvi Mwinzi, who died at Kawethei, on 28th August, 2009. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2021 By (1) Sammy Musembi Makau, (2) Lucy Ndinda Makau and (3) Mathias Mwendwa Makau, all of P.O. Box 75589-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwaka Makau, who died at Kayole, on 25th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
