TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 202 OF 2020 By Eunice Kanono Wambua, of P.O. Box 197-00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalondu Wambua Ngui, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital, Kitengela in Kenya. CAUSE No. E17 OF 2020 By (1) Barnabas Masunga Kyuvi and (2) Sammy Kithuka Kyuvi, both of P.O. Box 1-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kyuvi Mutiso, who died at Ngutwa Village. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
