TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 "A" OF 2020 By (1) Julia Karamana Arini and (2) Gilbert Muthuri Arimi, both of P.O. Box 68502-00622, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Makena Kaaria, who died at Kandisi, on 12th March, 2019. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2020 By (1) Ziporah Mwikali Mutua and (2) Stella Mutua, both of P.O. Box 519--00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kinyanjui Githitu, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
