TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2019 By Andrew Kiptek Tendet, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebedayo Ngeywo Tendet, who died at Kaborom Sub-location, on 17th September, 1998. CAUSE No. 214 OF 2020 By (1) Stephen Onyino Mukobe and (2) Philip Rapando, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Mukabana Rapando alias Beatrice Onyino Mukobe, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 238 OF 2020 By (1) George Amukhoye Siku and (2) James Makonjio Siku, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Siku Amukhoye alias Siku Amukhoye alias Absalom Siku, who died at Embali Sub-location, Ipali Location, on 17th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
