CAUSE No. 69 OF 2021 By Joel Odhiambo Opondo, both of P.O. Box 42904-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Omondi Mumbo alias Eliakim Omondi Mumbo, who died at Ojwando "A", on 5th March, 1990. CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2021 By James Ojwang Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 10, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Odhiambo Ragwanda, who died at Masumbi, on 1st December, 2002. CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2021 By James Ojwang Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 10, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Obiero Odhiambo, who died at Masumbi, on 21st February, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
